Mini R56 - Klimabedienung zerlegen und Soft-Touch Lack erneuern. Disassemble mini R56 - climate control and renew soft-touch paint.

Nach einigen Jahren sehen die Regler am Mini R56 nicht mehr schon aus. Es liegt am Soft-touch Lack. Der nimmt jede Menge Schmutz aus.

Ich möchte das Teil zerlegen und die Regler aufarbeiten.
I want to disassemble the part and work up the knobs.

Aktuell zerlege ich das Teil gerade und bin nun am Regler für die Lüftungseinstellung hängen geblieben.

Die erste Hürde war die Abdeckung unten. Dabei sind leider die Nasen etwas beschädigt worden:

Die Regler ließen sich durch entfernen der Lichtführungen ganz Gut entnehmen:

Anschließend die Drehregler zerlegen:

Etwas Tricky - aber es geht. Something Tricky - but it works.

Nun fehlt mir nur noch der Zentrale Regler.

Leider habe ich es bis heute 01.06.2019 nicht geschafft - hat jemand ein Tipp

Softtouch Lack lässt sich, nach etwas einwirkzeit in warmes Spülmittelwasser, mit dem Fingernagel entfernen.
Softtouch varnish can be removed with a fingernail after some time in warm rinse water.
